An Internet forum is a web application for holding discussions and posting user generated content. Internet forums are also commonly referred to as web forums, message boards and discussion boards. The terms "forum" and "board" may refer to the entire community or to a specific sub-forum dealing with a distinct topic. Messages within these sub-forums are then displayed either in chronological order or as threaded discussions. We offer an industry standard forum which is designed to match your colours or brand and can be managed by you through an admin section, we can install the forum at a unique domain name of your choice or as part of your site eg. www.yoursite.com/forum.

Weblogs (blogging)

A blog (or weblog) is "a public web site where users post informal journals of their thoughts, comments, and philosophies, updated frequently and normally reflecting the views of the blog's creator" (E-Learning Glossary )

While blogs originally were a medium for personal diaries they are now a medium to exchange ideas, discoveries and information in a specific field (e.g. education) as well as an alternative to mainstream media publications.
